2. PREPARE YOUR LUGGAGE

We take care of identifying all the packages. For the first collection, after contracting the service we will send you printable labels to your email so that you can place them on your luggage.

3. LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE

We collect backpacks, suitcases and bags at 8:00 in the morning, remember that each package must not weigh more than 15 kg.

We will deliver your luggage before 3:00 p.m. on the next stage of your itinerary

What time do I have to drop off my luggage in the morning?
Every day you must have your luggage ready at reception at 8:00 a.m. (You don't have to wait for us, you can leave your luggage at reception and leave), it will be delivered to the destination accommodation at 3:00 p.m.
How do I label luggage?
On the first day we will put a label on all your luggage with your information. Before our arrival leave your luggage provisionally identified with the name you indicated when making the reservation.
Under what conditions do I have to leave my luggage?
Do not leave luggage open or with objects hanging (bags, bottles, shoes, pillows... or it will be checked in as extra luggage. We cannot transport glass containers or delicate objects such as laptops, cameras, tablets...
Until what time can I reserve the service?
The service reservation must be made at least the day before before 8:00 p.m. (Spanish time) by phone and email.
In order to reserve the service, do I have to have the accommodations reserved?
Yes, in order to reserve transportation it is essential that you have the accommodation reserved since the name you give us when making the reservation is the one we will use at the destination to deliver the luggage. We have service in hotels, hostels and private hostels that have a reception from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Can I send my luggage directly to Santiago?
Yes, you just have to contact us by email info@tuitrans indicating the pick-up date and accommodation and the arrival date in Santiago.
How many pieces of luggage can I send?
You can send the number of pieces of luggage you need but keep in mind that the cost is for each piece of luggage (example: if you bring a suitcase and a bag, you will be charged for 2 pieces of luggage).
What happens if my accommodation does not appear on the website?
Send us an email with the accommodation details so we can verify it.
Do you also offer taxi service?
Yes, when hiring luggage transportation we also offer taxi service management. Send us the information so we can provide you with a quote.
On which route can we hire luggage transportation?
Tuitrans transports luggage from Porto to Santiago along the traditional route, coastal route and spiritual variant
I arrive in Santiago but I don't have accommodation, what can I do?
Don't worry, we can deliver your luggage to a storage room located a few meters from the cathedral
What type of luggage can I send?
It is possible to send either a hiking, trekking backpack or cabin suitcase, with a maximum weight of 15kg.
Can I change the destination or accommodation that I had previously scheduled?
Yes, as long as the change of accommodation is on the same Camino. You can make any changes the day before, before 7:00 p.m. (Spanish time)
